A NEW CONCEPT OF LOCAL FOOD , BASSED IN OUR LOCAL PRODUCTS AND OUR HISTORY
Our concept is very simple , to serve you the best that our islands , especially Lanzarote , have to offer.
We do this through two tasting menus , one short and a longer one , which you can discover every day when you arrive at our restaurant.
In addition to this , ypu can choose dishes included in our menus as a small portion to share , if you do not fancy one of the full menus.
We offer a journey through the products of our land , with a modern approach , but with a solid traditional base. As a common thread , we will have cooking over fire , usin various types of firewood to achieve unique flavours and textures.
we value above all the fresh ness proximity and seasonality of our products , so our offer may not be the most variated , but it is the most respectful with our environment , and always with the idea of giving value to our local producers.
